Acceptable Use
You may not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You may not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, or any other malicious computer software. You may not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to this website without Style J’s express written consent.
You must not use this website to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.
Style J reserves the right to ban your IP address if you are suspected to misusing the website in the methods mentioned above.
Payment
You agree to pay the full price for all products you purchase from the Style J website. Style J reserves the right to charge extra charges for your credit card or PayPal account for any products and services purchased from the website. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid credit card or PayPal account details for payment of all fees.
International orders can only be processed with PayPal as the payment method.
Style J also accepts payment in the form of checks and money orders. Please make checks payable to "Style J LLC". If you would like to pay with a money order, your item(s) will be held for 10 days.
Return Policy
Returns are at your discretion, but items must be returned in new condition with company tags and packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note indicating: your name, address, the items you are returning and any other pertinent information.
All the items in the "Final Sale" section are final. No exchanges or returns allowed. Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that were shipped incorrectly.
If a domestic customer elects to exchange an item(s) for a different size or style, you must return the item at your own cost and Style J will pay the postage to ship the replacement (This free exchange shipping is limited to one time exchange only). International customers will be charged the shipping cost for the exchange.
All returns must take place within 15 days of receipt of items (the return period is extended to 30 days during the months of December and January).
Please note that discount coupons do not apply to your exchange items.

No part of this website or any of its contents (pictures, text, etc.) may be reproduced, copied, modified or adapted, without the prior written consent of the author, unless otherwise indicated for stand-alone materials.

Style J may also release your information in situations where release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce the website policies, or protect Style J’s or other’s rights, property, or safety.
