Style J – Return Policy

• Returns are at your discretion, but items must be returned in new condition with company tags and packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note indicating: your name, address, the items you are returning and any other pertinent information.

• All the "Final Sale" items are final. No exchanges or returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly.

• If a domestic customer elects to exchange an item(s) for a different size or style, you must return the item to us at your own cost and Style J will pay the postage to ship the replacement (This free exchange shipping is limited to one time exchange only). International customers will be charged the shipping cost for the exchange.

• All returns must take place within 15 days of receipt of items (We extend the return period to 30 days during the months of December and January).

• Please note that our discount coupon does not apply to your exchange items.

• International orders can only be processed with PayPal payment method.

• Please make your check payable to "Style J LLC" if you would like to pay with a money order. We will hold your item(s) for 10 days. Thank you.
