Size Tips

Our skirts go by waist sizes. You may find the detail measurements of each style in the style's "Measurement Guide" tag.

Please check carefully for each individual size measurement before ordering. If you are not sure about your waist size, you may measure one of your skirts on the waistband...flat the skirt on the table, measure from left to the right without stretching out the skirt then double your measure. For example, if your measure result is 17", then you take the 17"x2=34", that means the skirt waist is 34", then you may select our skrit in size 34. However, you should also take your hips size into consideration. You may measure the fullest part of your hips to make sure the hips may also fit right.

Shipping Information:

A. All orders are usually shipped the next business day after the payment is been confirmed.

Shipping Rate:

*** Please note that we're not responsible for the lost package. Please select "Signature Required" shipping method if you don't want the package to be left outside of the door. $1.50 will be added to your shipping cost for this request.

*** Inside United States (Any State) United States Priority Mail $9.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.( 3-4 business days).

*** Inside United States ( FL ) Priority Mail $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. ( 2~3 business days ).

*** Inside United States (Any State) United States Express Mail $27.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item.( 2 business days).

*** Outside United States ( Canada ) USPS Priority Mail international $20.00 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item.(6-12 days). Please note that international customers might be charged the custom import duty when the package enter your country.

*** Outside United States ( Other Country ) USPS Priority Mail international $30.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item.(6-10 days). Please note that international customers might be charged the custom import duty when the package enter your country.

Return Policy:

A. Returns are at your discretion, but items must be returned in new condition with company tags and packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note indicating: your name, address, the items you are returning and any other pertinent information.

B. All the items in the "Final Sale" section are final. No exchange or return allow.Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly.

C. If a domestic customer elects to exchange an item(s) for a different size or style, you have to return the item to us at your own cost and Style J will pay the postage to ship the replacement(This free exchange shipping is limited to one time exchange only). International customers will be charged the shipping cost for the exchange.

D. All returns must take place within 15 days of receipt of items (We extend the return period to 30 days during December and January purchase).

E. Please note that our discount coupon does not apply to your exchange items.

F. International orders can only be processed with PayPal payment method.

G. Please make your check payable to " Style J " if you would like to pay with a money order. We'll hold your item(s) for 10 days. Thank you.
